This document is an official public offer to conclude an agreement for the provision of services (hereinafter — the “Services”). Placing an order or making a payment constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
1. The Offer has legal force in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the Offer.
2. The Provider undertakes to provide access to materials, services, or consultations, and the Client undertakes to pay for them according to the terms specified in the description.
3. The cost of the Services is determined in the commercial proposal or on the Website. Payment is made online or by other available methods. Access to materials/Services is activated after payment confirmation.
4. The Provider is not responsible for technical failures on the user’s side (internet, equipment, software).
5. If the Services were not provided due to the fault of the Provider, a refund is possible. If the Services were provided, funds are non-refundable, except in cases provided by law.
6. The terms of the Offer may change. New terms come into effect from the moment of their publication.
7. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
